Bob the cheesey elephant was born in Switzerland, "Land Of The Cheese People." Unfortunately, the cheese based animal population fell due to exploitation of the cheeses for the cruel cheese industry. By the time Bob was two years old he was the only Cheese left from the days of Cheesiness. His family dead, and his life in tatters.Bob's only hope was a myth,that far away. . . there was a place where everything was as it was in the reign of Cheddar the Great. So Bob became a brave explorer searching for even the smallest clues for the where abouts of this place. On his travels he met maney lost and lonely cheeses. It was Bob who origonally started the WWSPCC. And now he seaches for the fabled lands, not just for himself,but for ALL the cheeses who ever were mistreated by our kind. This is why Bob is so important to the cause. Cheeses have a very fragile state, when the cheeses we have in our care feel unloved, or abandoned for any length of time they stand a high chance of moulding.They all see Bob as their protector, it won't be long before they start to think he's not coming back. . . that he's abandoning them. This and his pet mouses grans note, mean that it is DESPERATELY urgent that Bob is found. all news is welcome.
